Job summary

MACSEYE in Bentleigh East is seeking a permanent Coordinator to lead in-service teams within Service Delivery. This role offers consistent hours and a total of 31.35 hours per week, with a supportive leadership structure and opportunities for professional growth.

You will create safe, engaging environments for children, design enriching activities, and foster strong relationships with families and staff while ensuring wellbeing and safety for every child in your care.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and making a positive difference
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children
