Ipswich Junior Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our leadership team at our friendly OSHC service.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours per week across split shifts, including non-contact admin hours.

  • 6:00-8:30am (Rise then Shine)
  • 3:00-6:15pm (Stay and Play)

🌱 About the Role

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
