The ideal candidate will lead a passionate team, ensuring high-quality out-of-school hours care and compliance with regulations. This full-time role offers between $40.00 and $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. You'll be part of a supportive culture focused on making a positive impact on children's lives.
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new OSHC service at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School – Helensburgh in January 2026, designed to deliver high‑quality before and after‑hours school‑aged care. As part of this exciting new chapter, we are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in establishing a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture from day one. As the OSHC Coordinator you will share in our values and be ready to lead a dynamic, values‑driven program that puts the safety and quality care of children first.
At CatholicCare we’re not just another care provider – we exist because we believe in the power of compassion, community and commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children, families and communities that we serve. As an integral part of our team, you will be joining a dedicated and supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is nurtured.
This is a full‑time position, working 38 hours per week. The salary range is between $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (including Worker Retention Payment), depending on qualifications and experience.
As the OSHC Coordinator you’ll take charge of one of our newest Out of School Hours Care services with up to 30 children – where play nurtures learning, children feel safe and valued, and every day is a new opportunity to grow. You’ll lead with purpose, champion a nurturing team environment and ensure every aspect of the service runs like a dream – from staffing and program planning to compliance and community engagement. The role commences 1 December 2025 to prepare for our opening in January 2026.
We’re growing – and you’ll be at the forefront of that transformation.
