OSHC Centre Manager Role - Wungong Primary School

We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our new service at Wungong Primary School.

About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educator's, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.

You'll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6.30am to 8.30am
After School Care: 2.45pm to 6.00pm
Total hours per week: 38

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.

Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.

Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.

About You

You’re a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do.

You'll have:

A valid WA Working With Children Check.

A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate (issued from the Dept of Education) valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain).

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate.

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.

Food Safety Certificate.

Rights to work in Australia.

Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings.

Knowledge of NQF & "My Time, Our Place" framework.

Strong communication & organisational skills.
