Job summary

Helping Hands Middleton Grnge is seeking individuals to join our OSHC team and support primary school children in morning and afternoon programs. The role offers flexible, split-shift hours to fit student schedules, parenting needs, or other commitments.

You'll work across the Rise and Shine and Stay and Play programs, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to a safe, engaging environment for children in our care.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Available for at least 3 afternoon shifts per week.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Morning Shift Rise and Shine program.
• Assist with Afternoon Shift Stay and Play program.
• Contribute to a safe, engaging environment for primary school children.

Pick up shifts across the services open hours:

• Morning Shift: 6:00am - 9:00am Monday - Friday (Rise then Shine Program)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Stay and Play Program)
• Extra Hours available during school holidays!
