Jabiru Community Services in Brisbane is seeking an OSHC Assistant Service Manager to work part time across North Brisbane. You’ll support the Service Manager, mentor the OSHC team, and help run engaging, inclusive programs for children.

With a Diploma recognised by ACECQA and current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, you’ll lead rosters, ensure compliance, champion safety, and contribute to a positive team culture. Flexible hours and career growth await.

OSHC Assistant Service Manager - North Brisbane - Part Time

At Jabiru, our best brings out their best. We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Educator, Senior Educator or Group Leader who’s ready to step into leadership and make a bigger impact.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to support your team, create awesome experiences for children and help keep the service running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on, connected to the team and part of creating a place where children and educators genuinely love to be.

We have Locations across: Ascot, Aspley East, Beerwah, Ferny Hills, Hendra, Nashville, Norman Park, Petrie, Petrie Terrace, Taigum

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting, mentoring and motivating your OSHC team
• Helping create fun, engaging and inclusive programs
• Building great relationships with children, families and schools
• Supporting rosters, planning, compliance and day-to-day operations

• Stepping up for the Service Manager when needed
