Job summary

The Y NSW–Dee Why OSHC is seeking a permanent, full-time Service Leader in our Dee Why site to work with the Director to deliver high-quality programs and support day-to-day operations.

You will oversee program quality, compliance with the National Quality Framework, and lead a team of educators, fostering growth, safety, and strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early childhood programs and teams.
• Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
• Support planning, reflection, and continuous improvement practices across the service.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate daily service operations as required, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Coach educators to perform at their best and foster a positive team culture.
