Our Outside School Hours Care service, St Helens, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity offering 35 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday‑Friday hours: 6:30 am‑9:00 am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

About the role

With the backing of a dedicated state‑specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. It’s your chance to make a real impact while being part of a supportive, high‑energy team!

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child‑centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications
