Job summary

JPS Recruitment Group is sourcing an Orthopaedic Registrar for a major regional hospital in coastal North Queensland. This role offers broad exposure to orthopaedic surgery, working with experienced Orthopaedic Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

You will participate in acute trauma and elective orthopaedics, outpatient clinics, inpatient care, theatre and on-call responsibilities, with supervision and progression of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Eligible for registration in Australia and suitable postgraduate orthopaedic training.
• Experience in trauma and elective orthopaedics is desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across acute trauma and elective orthopaedics with supervision.
• Participation in outpatient clinics, inpatient care and theatre.
• On-call responsibilities with progressive responsibility as development occurs.
