Action Workforce Pty is seeking reliable Order Pickers for a large Distribution Centre in Melbourne. The role involves fast-paced voice picking of liquor cartons in a busy warehouse, with a structured weekly roster and ongoing casual with full-time hours.

You will use headsets for voice picking, operate a tugger, and build secure pallets for dispatch, lifting 15–20 kg repeatedly. A prior warehouse/order picking background, a valid driver's license, and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/order picking experience.
• Must have own car and valid driver’s license.
• Available to work 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).
• Weekend work available.
• Ability to commit to ongoing work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Order Pickers to join the team for a large Distribution Centre.

This centre distributes liquor products to independent retailers across Australia. This role involves fast-paced voice picking of liquor cartons in a busy warehouse environment.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent full-time hours for candidates who can commit to a structured weekly roster.

Key Responsibilities

• -Accurately picking and stacking cartons of wine, beer, and spirits

Mandatory Requirements
