Job summary

Bupa Dental Mount Barker in Mount Barker, SA, is seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our practice on a part-time basis.

You will assist patients in developing and maintaining good oral health, interpret treatment plans, maintain detailed records, and promote comprehensive dentistry. The role offers flexibility with 2 days available (Mon, Tue, Thu and/or Fri) and the chance to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Assist patients in developing and maintain good oral health.
• Accurately interpret treatment plans aims and objectives and maintain accurate detailed clinical records.
• Gather data relevant to dentist’s direction and concurrently assesses patients’ presenting condition.
• Adhere to infection protocols and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine dental treatment for people of all ages including dental examinations and diagnosis
• Treat people of all ages for oral health conditions, taking radiographs, fluoride therapy etc
• Actively promote comprehensive dentistry and active maintenance
• Assist patients in developing and maintain good oral health
• Accurately interpret treatment plans aims and objectives and maintain accurate detailed clinical records
• Gather data relevant to dentist’s direction and concurrently assesses patients’ presenting condition
• Adhere to infection protocols and practices

We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate and customer centric Oral Health Therapist to join our practice on a part time basis: 2 days available (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday)
