Ideal candidates will hold AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist, thrive in high-volume settings, and possess excellent communication skills to build a loyal recall base quickly.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.
• Clear communication and patient-first focus.
• Confidence in busy clinics with walk-ins and referrals.
• Ability to work independently yet collaborate within a team.
• Experience across clinic types is valued.
• Adult dental scope experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and hygiene care.
• Provide scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical therapy.
• Deliver oral health education and prevention programs.
• Offer children’s dentistry where scope allows, fissure sealants and preventive care.
• Support whitening and other adjunctive treatments where offered.
• Assist with triage of dental emergencies and coordinate follow-up care.
