• A PhD in Optometry or Vision Science or related field.
• Registered with AHPRA as a therapeutically qualified optometrist in Australia.
• Experience in teaching and learning design for undergrad and/or postgrad.
• Experience with educational technologies and online delivery methods.
• Proven research track record with high-quality, high-impact outputs.
• Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusion.
• Involvement with the profession or industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Develop curricula, assess students, and apply innovative teaching practices.
• Undertake independent and collaborative research and publish findings.
