Job summary

Specsavers Macarthur invites a clinically focused Optometrist to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. You will work with four optometrists across a four-test-room store, delivering comprehensive eye care including myopia control, pediatric optometry, dry eye management and IPL therapy.

You’ll have access to cutting-edge tech like OCT scans and integrated systems, with a strong emphasis on training, career development and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Registered Optometrist with AHPRA or ODOB to practice in AU/NZ.
• Experience in comprehensive eye care and refraction is preferred.
• Willingness to work a roster including weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional eye care to a diverse patient base.
• Perform refractions and utilize advanced equipment (OCT, auto-phoropter, auto-refractor).
• Collaborate with the team to support community eye health initiatives.

• Salary Package: Up to $115k + Super, pro rata
• Roster: 2/3 days per week including a weekend day
• Store Information:Work with four optometrists working across a four-test-room store, delivering exceptional care in areas such as myopia control, pediatric optometry, dry eye management, and IPL therapy. Our clinic is equipped with advanced technology including an auto-phoropter and auto-refractor to ensure precision and efficiency. We pride ourselves on our hardworking, supportive team culture, always looking out for one another and providing seamless coverage when needed. With a strong emphasis on continuous training and professional development, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of eye care.
