Job summary

L&F Eyecare in Moe/Warragul, VIC, is seeking an Optometrist working 37.5 hours per week with primary focus on clinical optometry. Based mainly in Moe with some days in Warragul, you will join an established independent practice where patients trust your clinical expertise as part of their healthcare.

Whether you’re a new graduate or experienced practitioner, you’ll have clinical scope, advanced technology, and professional independence to develop your practice further.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30–40 minute initial consultations.
• Co-manage glaucoma and cataract patients.
• Maintain strong relationships with GPs and ophthalmologists.
• Provide autonomous clinical decision-making with collaboration when needed.

At L&F Eyecare, Optometrists aren't expected to select frames, fit eyewear, or work towards sales KPIs. They're there to practise optometry.

Based primarily in Moe with additional days in Warragul, you'll join established independent practices where patients trust their Optometrist as an important part of their healthcare.
