Job summary

Specsavers Hobart is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. You will deliver compassionate eye care, conduct comprehensive examinations, and contribute to outreach in the community.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge OCT technology and in-store equipment, with professional growth through mentoring and ongoing CPD opportunities. Join a leader in community eye care and enjoy a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Optometrist role based in Hobart, part-time.
• Experience in eye care and patient interaction preferred.
• Community outreach involvement encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care and patient consultations in a 4-room Hobart store.
• Utilize advanced ophthalmic technologies to support accurate assessments.
• Collaborate with Specsavers team to deliver high-quality patient service.

• Salary Package:Up to $125k + Super, + $10k sign on bonus, pro rata, experience dependant


• Roster:3/4 days including Friday, Sunday and Monday


• Store Information:Work in a 4 test room store for 4 optometrist


• Patient Demographic:Over 50 population with a growing number of families.
