Job summary

Specsavers Forster is seeking a fixed-term, full-time Optometrist to join our team across two stores, delivering expert eye care to a diverse regional community.

You will work with advanced technology such as OCT scans and non-contact tonometry, with a strong focus on myopia control and patient education, while benefiting from mentorship, career development opportunities, and accommodation in Forster.

Join our Forster location on a fixed term, full-time basis as their newest Optometrist!

• Salary Package:$100k package + accommodation in Forster (with a beautiful view of One Mile Beach, Forster)
• Roster: 7 month fixed term, full time role including a weekend day
• Store Information: Opportunity to work across two stores, one with six test rooms and one with two, within a strong one-team culture that values collaboration between the optometry and retail teams to deliver excellent care to the local community.
• Patient Demographic: Forster and Taree service a diverse regional population, including retirees, young families, and paediatric patients, with a strong focus on myopia control, dry eye management, and the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular conditions.
