Job summary

Bupa Optical Woden is looking for a casual Optical Dispenser to deliver outstanding service, interpret prescriptions and fit eyewear, while contributing to sales targets and promotions. You’ll move between nearby stores to support operations and help customers choose frames and lenses with current trend awareness.

Ideal applicants have optical or strong retail experience, a passion for customer care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while representing our brand

Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel between nearby stores as needed to support operations.
• Optical experience preferred, or a solid retail background.
• Deliver world-class customer service while driving sales and profit outcomes.
• Interpret optical prescriptions and accurately fit and service optical appliances.
• Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Promote in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Provide expert guidance on frame selection with awareness of trends.
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience in optical practice or high-performing retail is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and drive sales and profit outcomes through prescription interpretation and fitting.
• Fit and service spectacles, including frames and lenses, accurately.
• Support and promote promotions and campaigns to hit store targets.
• Provide expert frame guidance and current trend awareness to customers.
