Oscar Wylee is seeking an Optical Assistant for our Werribee store inside Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify eyewear needs and help customers find the perfect frames.

Join a dynamic team with coaching, ongoing product training, and opportunities for career progression. Must be available for late evenings and weekends and be comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert eyewear styling recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Actively engaging with customers to identify eyewear needs and delivering top-notch service, aiming to go above and beyond to exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert recommendations and eyewear styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the best frames for them!
• Bringing a positive and energetic presence to the store everyday, making sure customers queries and needs are well and truly met
• Offering your support to fellow team members and contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.
