Swan Materials is seeking a reliable Weighbridge Operator to be the primary contact for drivers and customers passing through The Lakes Quarry. This on-site role involves weighing loads, processing documents, and supporting quarry administration within a busy, safety‑conscious environment.
The position requires good organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills. A rotating shift pattern and some Saturdays are included to keep operations flowing smoothly.
Are you organised, detail-focused and good with people? As our Weighbridge Operator, you'll be the first and last point of contact for the drivers and customers coming through The Lakes Quarry.
Only 30 minutes from Midland, this is a hands‑on, busy role Monday to Friday and some Saturdays where you will control and coordinate product moving on and off site. Every load entering or leaving is recorded and accounted for, in line with company and licensing requirements. You'll also give the quarry administrative support, including purchasing, invoicing, weighbridge and general office documentation.
