SRG Global is seeking experienced Loader Operators to support FIFO based civil works across the Pilbara region of Western Australia. You will operate loaders safely, manage materials and stockpiles, and provide on-site support to ensure steady project progress.

The role is on a 2/1 FIFO roster with 12-hour day shifts, reporting to the Site Supervisor. We offer a competitive base rate with site allowance and penalties, plus weekly pay and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualificações

• Experience operating loaders on civil sites is required.
• Desirable licences and construction cards are preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and PPE compliance on site.

Requirements:

• Current HR Driver’s License (Desirable)
• Loader Operating Licenses (Nationally Accredited Tickets) (Desirable)
• White Card / Construction Card
• 2 years’ + experience in civil space
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & site medical testing requirements
• Have a strong understanding of safety and PPE requirements in an industrial environment
