Job summary

UGL Energy and Industrial is seeking Plant Operators for the Goyder BESS project in SA. You will operate road rollers, skid steers, excavators and dozers as part of a skilled, safety‑driven team on a major energy storage initiative.

This permanent role offers a 3/1 roster with FIFO/DIDO options and strong long-term employment potential on a high‑profile project. UGL values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Operating tickets for road roller, skid steer, excavators and dozers.
• Construction White Card and Working at Heights required.
• Experience on construction, wind farms or civil projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators and Dozers on the BESS project.
• Maintain safety and high-quality workmanship on site.
• Collaborate with team members and site supervision to deliver project milestones.

We are seeking team players with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety and a drive to deliver high quality projects, our plant operators will be operating (Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators, dozers).

• 3/1 Roster FIFO and DIDO options, permanent position
• Excellent rates/conditions, BESS project, long term employment

Key Requirements

• Drivers licence
• Operating tickets (Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators, dozers)

• Experience working on Construction, wind farms or civil infrastructure projects
