As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple Childcare Services within our organisation.

Position Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our Services within your designated area. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to Centre Managers and Educators while maintaining the highest standards of quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Early Education Services, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Centre Managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and educational programs provided, implementing improvements and innovations as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain families, driving enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the area, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the community, serving as a trusted advocate for children's well‑being and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Travel to Regional Victoria is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Education.
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
  • Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the childcare industry, with a track record of success in managing multiple services.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, inspire excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Sound financial insight and experience in budget management.
  • Dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality care and service delivery.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
