Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in Operations Management, Human Resources, Real Estate, or similar business field, preferably on government-sponsored programs or facility management operations.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, budgeting oversight, and programmatic planning.
• Strong people management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

HLS also provides US Government contractors leasing support services to assist employees with finding, negotiating, and securing leases on the local market.This role will be located in Alice Springs, Australia at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. The Operations Manager will be expected to travel between our facilities in Alice Springs and the local area.
