About the role

This position supervises the technical and administrative aspects of the operations of the Batavia Coast Maritime Institute (BCMI) and Marine, Environment and Technology (MET) sections, and coordinates the commercial programs of the BCMI. You will also support the implementation of training, research and development programs, and work with the Portfolio Manager to identify, develop and implement new projects for industry and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in marine aquaculture, working with flow-through and recirculating seawater systems, as well as experience in marine science. Furthermore, you will have experience in project development and management, including scoping, planning and implementation skills, as well as experience in managing financial, physical and human resources.
