Cater Care is a leading catering service provider known for our commitment to quality, innovation and exceptional service.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within the Hunter and Taree region.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the catering operations across 6 aged care facilities
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission including accreditations

Your Background:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the contract catering or hospitality industry or multi-site hospitality.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial management.
• Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
• Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
