As a member of the leadership team, you will shape strategy, drive safety, quality and commercial performance while mentoring Project Managers and building strong stakeholder relationships.

RoadTek Mackay is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead a significant road infrastructure program and help shape the future of transport delivery across the region.

This is more than an operational management role. It is an opportunity to lead a large and diverse workforce, influence strategic direction, drive commercial performance and deliver infrastructure that supports communities, industry and economic growth throughout Queensland.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll provide direction across a complex portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes in safety, quality, customer service and business performance.
