Job summary

Plenti is seeking an Operations Analyst to support strategic and operational process improvements across the loan application lifecycle, including complaints, collections, customer service, and sales enablement. You will work with operations, product, sales, and technology to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in operations, business analysis, or a related role within a data-driven environment.
• Proven hands-on CRM experience, with Zoho CRM or other Zoho products highly preferred; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms also considered
• Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code automation tools
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with a track record of translating data insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience documenting and improving processes, with a strong focus on scalability and efficiencyCoding exposure to Deluge or JavaScript advantageous, but not required

• Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to ensure process improvements reflect business priorities and feasibility
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption
• Monitor process performance and collect stakeholder feedback to support ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate operational needs into new product developments
