We are looking for new team members who will bring the culture and live the values of the Mackay Hospital and Health Service. Being a rural facility, we often face challenges unique to our area and we are looking for someone who has the able to innovate and problem solve within our policies and procedures to achieve the tasks.About the TeamDysart hospital is a 9-bed facility with a 24-hour emergency department, general medicine, palliative care, respite care and management of telehealth conferencing. The scope of the hospital includes the Dysart and Middlemount Community Health centres which provide antenatal support, health promotion, specialist visits, and school health support.About our Hospital and Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,500 staff.
