Landlinks Environmental Services is seeking Open Space Maintenance Crew Members to support our hands-on teams across Melbourne and Victoria. We have both part-time and full-time roles.
You will help maintain parks, reserves, playgrounds and public spaces, receiving on-the-job training and working with PPE, equipment and supervisors to ensure high standards. You will join a reliable, experienced team committed to safety, quality and community spaces.
At , we restore, protect and improve natural and urban environments across Melbourne and Victoria. Our teams work across specialist departments including Open Space Maintenance, Ecological Restoration, Urban Forestry, Fire Mitigation and Vegetation Management, and Landscape Construction. Our Open Space Maintenance department delivers systematic care for parks, reserves, streetscapes and civic spaces, helping keep public spaces safe, functional, well-presented and cared for to a high standard. Our depot is based in Dandenong South, with projects delivered across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Due to company growth, we are seeking motivated Open Space Maintenance Crew Members to join our hands‑on maintenance teams. Multiple positions are available, including part‑time and full‑time. In this role, you will help maintain parks, reserves, streetscapes, playgrounds, garden beds and other public open spaces through routine, programmed and reactive works. You will work alongside experienced crew members and supervisors, receive on‑the‑job training, and use appropriate PPE, tools, vehicles and equipment to complete works safely and to a high standard.
You will enjoy practical outdoor work and be comfortable completing physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions. You will bring a positive attitude, reliability, a strong focus on safety and quality, and a commitment to working as part of a team. Previous experience in open space maintenance, parks and gardens, horticulture, landscaping, mowing, brush cutting, weed control or grounds maintenance will be highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants who are looking to start or grow their career in the industry.
