Evolution Mining’s Mungari Operations seeks an experienced Mine Surveyor to join a well-established open pit team. You’ll support drill set-out, pit designs, ore delineation and production surveys while maintaining control networks and digital models.

The role offers an 8:6 roster, career development and exposure to modern surveying technology including aerial survey and drone applications. We welcome both senior and early-career survey professionals to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying is required.
• Mine surveying experience, ideally in open pit mining.
• Strong surveying principles, control networks and field practices.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Solid communication with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient mining through precise drill pattern set-out and pit designs.
• Provide ore zone delineation and production survey support to maximise mining performance.
• Maintain survey control networks, digital mine models and mine plans.
• Deliver end-of-month reporting and stockpile reconciliation.
• Contribute to adoption of modern surveying tech, including aerial survey and drones.
