Job summary

CITIC Pacific Mining (CPM) seeks experienced Dozer Operators for Sino Iron in Cape Preston. This permanent fulltime role operates on a 2/1 roster (days and nights) with FIFO from Perth.

You will work across a large fleet including CAT 16/24M Dozers and support production in a high‑production open pit. Safety-focused candidates with mining experience, a manual driving licence preferred, and HR/First Aid qualifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within surface mining operations.
• Current Australian driver’s licence (Preferably Manual)
• HR drivers’ licence and/ or First Aid certificate (highly desirable)
• Extensive understanding of Surface Mining Operations & Principles.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozer across a large fleet to support mine production.
• Work in a FIFO arrangement from Perth to Cape Preston.
• Maintain safety and production standards while on shift.
