Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School in Tweed Heads is seeking an OOSH Relief Service Coordinator. The role offers a casual contract with daily hours aligned to before/after school care and vacation care, and pays an hourly rate of $49.88–$52.15, including the Worker Retention Payment Scheme with 12% super.

You will lead engaging activities, ensure safety and inclusivity, prepare healthy snacks, and work with the Programs Engagement Manager to uphold compliance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related field; approved qualification required.
• Valid Working With Children Check; Child Protection Training Certificate; First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate engaging school holiday and after-school programs for children.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child is included and supported.
• Prepare healthy, tasty snacks to sustain activity levels.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager and compliance teams to monitor quality and ratings.
• Engage with families and staff to ensure programs are well integrated with the community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to keep the service running smoothly.
