Job summary

Furmanite is seeking a hands-on technician to support the Lead Technician in delivering on-site and workshop scopes of work. You will assist with job allocations in the absence of a Senior Technician, maintain daily diaries, and keep the work areas clean both on site and in the shop.

The role requires a valid Australian Driver’s License, a Construction Card, and the ability to work onshore, offshore, and remote sites, including shift work. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate is highly preferable.
• Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s License.
• Must hold a Construction Card.
• Good written and verbal communication in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Technician in the execution of on-site and workshop scopes of work.
• Provide support to the Base Supervisor with job allocation for the following day where required in the absence of a Senior Technician.
• Complete and maintain a daily diary.
• Maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the workshop and on site.
• Promote and market Furmanite services, products and business solutions.
• Comply with the Quality System for the supply of services and products to clients per AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
• Comply with Furmanite company policies and procedures.
