Onsite Property & Building Management – Administration and Community Officer

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our team in a full-time capacity, based onsite at a large and vibrant residential complex in Biggera Waters.

You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders. As the face of our property and building management team, your attitude, presentation, and willingness to learn will set the tone for the professional experience we pride ourselves on delivering.

About the Role:

This role supports the day-to-day running of a large residential apartment complex and you will work closely with our experienced onsite management team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by providing high-level administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors
  • Manage community engagement plan
  • Provide administrative support to the onsite building and property management team
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and documentation management
  • Other general office duties and ad hoc support tasks related to property management
