Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory control at our partner fulfillment centers in Altona, Australia. You will be the sole onsite ShipBob representative coordinating with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and to support scalable operations.

The role requires 2+ years of ICQA experience in a warehousing environment, fluency in English, and proficiency with WMS software and RF scanning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues.
• Perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root cause of adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and address merchant requests via ticketing system within 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate updates and operational information to OSS Area Manager.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with leadership.
