Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will lead the F&B team, maintain guest satisfaction, and mentor junior recruits while ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• RSA certification and a valid Australian driver’s license are required.
• Mentoring and guiding new Food & Beverage recruits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements.
• Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors.
• Train junior staff in SOP and complete duties accordingly.
• Set an example of professional behaviours.
• Participate in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management.
