Job summary

NSW Health in Camperdown (Sydney) is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to coordinate high-quality cardio clinical trials at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The role is on-site, full-time or part-time with a minimum 32 hours per week, up to 12 months.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, privacy and regulatory frameworks, and manage feasibility studies, submissions, budgets, invoicing, and study close-out.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Cardiology nursing experience or cardiology trials beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centred clinical trials in Cardiology.
• Handle feasibility, HREC and governance submissions, budgeting and invoicing.
• Manage close-out activities and archiving of study data.
• Screen and recruit study participants and coordinate trial activities.
