ACC Victoria Online is seeking a Daily Organisation and Timetable Coordinator to ensure the orderly operation of the online campus and to coordinate timetables and daily staffing. The role involves maintaining timetable structures, responding to staffing changes, communicating adjustments clearly and using data to support decisions.

The position requires a teaching qualification, WoC clearance, and VIT registration, with leadership duties and a focus on child safety and Christian values.

Qualifications

• Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
• Proof of identity.
• Recognised teaching qualification.
• Clearance status of the Working with Children Check (where applicable).
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Statements of service from previous child-connected roles.
• References from previous child-connected roles.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study.
• Competent in the use of ICT learning platforms, in particular, Canvas.
• Engage students in online learning with effective pedagogical practice.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional development and coaching.
• Provide a child-safe environment in accordance with policy and standards.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in regular staff devotions and prayer, as required.
