A bit about the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering key workstreams within Casey’s OneCouncil ERP transformation. You’ll lead complex project delivery, guide high-performing teams, and keep momentum strong across a major organisational change program.

Working closely with experts across the business, you’ll bring clarity, drive decision-making, and ensure projects land on time, on budget and to a high standard, helping shape a more connected, efficient and future-ready Council.

What you’ll deliver

  • End-to-end delivery of assigned OneCouncil workstreams, aligned to program plans, timelines and quality standards.
  • Clear, proactive risk, issue and dependency management to maintain momentum across the program.
  • Accurate and timely reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and financial tracking.
  • Strong leadership and coordination of project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities and smooth decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant project management experience, including leading complex ERP or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong capability in managing multi-workstream delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and momentum are maintained.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • Solid financial, risk and governance management expertise within structured project frameworks.
  • A supportive, collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams and drives continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
  • A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
