Job summary

Cancer Care Associates is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Travel Nurse to support our Sydney-based team. The role involves traveling to multiple CCA treatment centres to maintain high-quality patient care during vacancies, leave coverage, and periods of growth.

You will work across diverse clinical environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Based in Sydney with travel to other sites as required, you will contribute to workforce planning

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience administering cytotoxic chemotherapy and related cancer treatments, including ADAC chemotherapy competency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy for patients and their caregivers.
• Strong clinical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective care planning and coordination skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Competency in CVAD management, IV cannulation, and phlebotomy.
• Experience in Clinical Trials.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology nursing support across multiple CCA locations.
• Assist with planned leave coverage, vacancies and service demands.
• Support continuity of care and adherence to clinical standards.
