Job summary

NSW Health's Orange Health Service in Western NSW invites applications for an Advanced Trainee in Radiation Oncology (6 months) and Medical Oncology (6 months). The role provides unaccredited training and involves caring for inpatients and outpatients under supervision, within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Minimum three postgraduate years of medical practice.
• Compliance with NSW Health vaccination and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to oncology inpatients and outpatients under supervision.
• Supervise junior medical officers and medical students as an Advanced Trainee.
• Participate in clinical meetings, teaching, training and performance reviews.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
