Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Sydney's Camperdown is seeking a dedicated chemotherapy nurse to join the Day Therapy team. You will administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments, educate treatment side effects and manage them effectively.

Working with a growing team of nurses and senior staff, you’ll contribute to exceptional patient care, supported by ongoing education and a values-led, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA is mandatory to practice in Australia.
• Postgraduate experience in acute healthcare is required.
• Must hold WWCC and National Police Check within required timeframes.
• Compliance with immunisation requirements is expected.
• Legal right to work in Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments to patients.
• Educate patients on treatment side effects and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with oncologists, educators and nurse unit manager to achieve outcomes.
