The Role

We're looking for an experienced On Road Account Manager to join our Melbourne-based team and drive growth across Victoria.

Reporting to the Director and National Sales Manager, you'll manage a defined territory, build long-term relationships, and contribute to our expansion in the region.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients
  • Deliver technical advice and product demonstrations
  • Assist with order logistics and fulfilment
  • Monitor market activity and report on customer trends
  • Submit regular call cycle reports and forecasts
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years' experience in field sales (preferably in fasteners, building materials, or industrial sectors)
  • B2B sales experience across any industry sector is acceptable
  • Strong B2B relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Technically savvy with ability to learn product specs
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office is a must, ERP system is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within VIC
  • Valid work visa or Australian residency is accepted for this position
  • This role is based in Victoria (Melbourne / Braeside) only
