Job summary

TopDoctors Medical, Skin & Specialist Centre is a two-site practice on Bribie Island, seeking an experienced content creator who can be the regular on-screen presence across our channels. You will shoot, edit and publish short-form video, from filming to final edit to posting and community management.

You’ll own the content calendar and translate clinical briefs into engaging, on-brand content while growing our social reach.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ professional experience creating short-form video content for a brand, agency or employer, with a body of published work to show for it.
• A showreel or portfolio in which you appear on camera: confident, clear, natural, with an easy rapport with an audience.
• Demonstrated growth of a social channel you’ve managed, with the numbers to back it.
• Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve, and competence in Canva or Adobe for graphics.
• A sharp feel for what’s current on social and the judgement to keep it appropriate for a healthcare setting.
• Self‑direction, organisation and the ability to work across two sites.
• A current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Be on-screen face across our social channels and manage the content calendar.
• Film, edit and publish short-form video end-to-end across platforms.
• Translate clinical scripts into accurate, engaging content that’s on-brand.
• Manage our community: comments, messages and reviews.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement and enquiries generated.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Principal on campaigns and seasonal messaging.
