Job summary

IQVIA Marketing Services ANZ in North Sydney, NSW, is seeking a highly organised Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate healthcare marketing and communications projects across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities

• Support fulfilment and distribution services delivered by Marketing Services on behalf of CES and other internal IQVIA stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client and internal projects across a variety of communication channels.
• Develop project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate project activities from initial brief through to execution and reporting.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Translate project requirements into clear, actionable briefs.
• Coordinate activities across operational, data, technology, development and creative teams.
• Monitor project milestones and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Support campaign setup, quality assurance, deployment and reporting activities.
• Drive high levels of responsiveness, customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
