Job summary

Recruitment 24/7 is hiring an Offsider Labourer for delivery support across Rocklea, Ormeau and North Lakes in QLD. This hands-on role involves loading/unloading, order prepping, and safe, on-site deliveries with potential for permanent placement.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with early starts, rely on safety practices, and join a tight-knit crew. White Card is mandatory; licences such as MR/HR or LF forklift are a bonus.

Qualifications

• White Card (mandatory requirement).
• MR/HR Drivers Licence or LF Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transport to Warehouse for early starts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials at the Warehouse for dispatch.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing orders for custom delivery.
• Operate Light Rigid trucks (if licenced) to perform deliveries to site, including customer delivery.
• Assist crew to unload materials upon arrival to site and/or location.
• Dispatch daily to complete routine/planned delivery run.
• Assist operators with any general labouring duties as required.
• Perform manual labour tasks including lifting and carrying to support the crew with all projected customer order deliveries.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

• Locations: Rocklea, Ormeau, North Lakes QLD


• Payrate: $32.06/hr (Casual)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, hours vary between 4:30am - 4:30pm


• Employment Type: Ongoing, Casual (potential for permanent placement)


• Start Date: ASAP Starts Available

About the Role

As an Offsider, you'll work closely with experienced operators to assist with day-to-day delivery of materials to site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a tight-knit crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials at the Warehouse for dispatch


• Assist in coordinating and preparing orders for custom delivery
