Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced NDT Inspector to join our Offshore team on a casual FIFO basis from Perth, supporting inspection and integrity programs across offshore assets.

The role offers a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off roster, an initial 3-6 month project duration and an immediate start. You will deliver high-quality NDT services across offshore environments while upholding safety, reliability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• MT Level 2 and PT Level 2 certifications are essential.
• Current Offshore Medical is required.
• Current MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience conducting Non-Destructive Testing in industrial environments.
• Offshore inspection experience within oil & gas, energy or marine environments.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote offshore locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inspection services using NDT techniques (Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Radiographic).
• Operate across major industrial environments including mining, oil & gas, and large-scale project sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide professional service experience.
• Work independently with confidence, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Maintain a strong commitment to HSE requirements.
• Ensure accurate, dependable results through attention to detail and organisation.
