A leading construction firm in Australia is seeking an experienced individual for an administrative role in the Finance - Plant Admin Department. Responsibilities include processing Asset Finance Administration transactions, coordinating documentation, and managing daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Management, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration. Strong ERP system knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

  • All Thiess Regions JDE Unit Set Up Process and Administration.

  • Daily Time Entry Monitor.
  • Asset Movement Review and Process.
  • Yearly Asset Stocktake Review.
  • Intercompany back charges proforma invoice preparation.

About the role

This role is responsible for or providing high-quality administrative support to the Finance - Plant Admin Department, ensuring efficient coordination of documentation, reporting, and day-to-day transactions associated with all Thiess Regions as specified in the agreed Capability Hub Function

About you
