Job summary

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking an proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our Perth office. You will help keep the office running smoothly, greet clients, coordinate meetings, and manage facilities and catering for events.

Collaborate with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, using Microsoft Outlook and Teams to coordinate bookings. This full-time role offers a supportive culture with generous lifestyle benefits and a 9-day fortnight where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or office services.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming experience to clients and visitors and serve refreshments.
  • Maintain and tidy office facilities, kitchens and common areas.
  • Manage room set-up and pack-down for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings via Outlook and arrange catering for events.
  • Support mail, banking and courier bookings and assist with ad hoc duties.
  • Provide reception cover during leave or absences.
